which part/group of the US employees have been or will be impacted? I am on visa, feel very nervous. Thanks,

Company wide from what we have seen. Sales, Dev, CSX, PSO. Of course, they won’t tell us the numbers or if there is more to come. Everyone os on edge today.

Brothers and sisters those who are born in the USA, if you think the chinese and indians will take care of you, then i have two properties for sale for cheap. The great wall and the taj mahal. I need some funds to pay for property taxes. Please wire them to my account in Nigeria. You will be first in line to buy them.

"I am on visa, feel very nervous" >> Brother, H1B visa is temp worker visa, taking another deserving American's job. You are always alien in this country and I wish you will be sent back soon. Fact of the matter is tech companies hire H1B visa holders so that they can pay cheap labor and put millions into CEO's pocket. Digest this reality and pack your bags now.

Instead of dwelling on the past, the Omnissa executive team, which includes Shankar Iyer as the firm’s CEO and who formerly headed up the VMware EUC division, has an opportunity to “come out and really lay out a vision for end user computing in an era where companies are increasingly very much digital and becoming AI driven,” Kalvar said.

Let us be honest. We don't need jumbo Product management team at Omnissa. They are not producing any world class ideas or the products here. Just messing with existing spaghetti + buggy legacy workflows. Doomed to fail in few months.

Let the cuts begin asap !. Reduce Omnissa head count to 2k. Save poor KKR now !!!
