Seriously, the second transition was “over” everything’s been pulled. We’re left out here with record volumes everyday since may of the same clients complaining about the same things we can’t change. It’s wearing me down. But “ohhh yay successful transition!! We did it!!” No you all just swept this last awful group onto our shoulders !
