I mean, they are so competent, knowledgeable and excellent in organizing work and people that any bootleg AI designed by kids can replace them. Can we start asap?

You don't need AI
An sfdc report that tracks pipeline and linearity do away with these useless first line managers
It removes 80 percent of the I need numbers conversation and actually shows the state of play not sales nonsense
Laugh it up chuckles. 80% + of ICs in software, CX center support, and other CX functions can and will be replaced as well. Those who have been skating the last 3+ years are going to get hammered this merit cycle, those that performed will be taken care of. It is really old covering for such incompetence at the IC level and some low.mid level management. I know I would do my part to reward competence, as well as penalize who hasn't performed. I wouldn't recommend hoping someone outside of your management chain can or will be able to help keep you around. There's would be a price to that arrogance and stupidity as well.

It would be an upgrade not a replacement
More than likely grade 5-10 get cut drastically.
