I don't remember a time when things were even close to being this bad, either at Truist or BB&T. Do those at the top not realize that low morale is affecting productivity? People can't get themselves to do their jobs properly because they're feeling defeated. Does nobody care?

I want do pot to numb myself
from this but I need to be able to pass test for new jobs. A real bummer since I don’t drink.
Kelly King used to hand out rolls of Life Savers candy to boost morale. Maybe they could try that? Of course, nowadays it would most likely just be a single Life Saver, but still . . .
Truist doesn’t even live up to its own values. Isn’t “caring” one of them? Every. Intent and every person matters? Or some BS? Truist does not care, to any degree, about its employees or its clients. The executives just care about their fat paychecks so they can buy lake houses and luxury cars.
Morale so low I see teammates operating with less ethics everyday. Truly a company in decline.
“Does nobody care?”
Nice english
You people need some Seeds of Hope!
This company is a joke, the executives keep padding their pockets while eliminating domestic jobs. The talented people keep leaving for better opportunities and those left are either looking for a better company or are delusional or know they are already in over their head and can’t find comparable pay somewhere else. No one can say truthfully this is a good place to work. There will have to be changes at the top executive positions before morale improves. The execs know this is a dumpster fire and are going to keep this cash cow running as long as it benefits them. With the latest IT cuts clients I am sure will keep getting frustrated and leave. How did this company get so bad in such a short time?
This must be the same whiney person that started the previous topic. Stop wasting our time!
You need to apply for a job at Morales R Us.
If you haven’t figured out by now EL doesn’t care about you or your morale well you know.
I had a job interview, years ago, with BB&T. What a nasy person the hiring manager was. Glad I don't bank with them.
SunTrust was good, but prior to becoming Truist, they su-ked. They wanted to nickel and dime everything, so,I moved all my money out.
