Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

It just feels like a hopeless situation

Bottom line is that we have terrible leadership. Until we have a significant change top down things will never get better. All the good managers seem to be at the lower levels or not in a position where they can make any real difference as they are not heard from leaders above them. It just feels like a hopeless situation and that’s probably why we’re starting to see so many people leave.

So true, @flj+1tvMoWVi.

I feel the same way. I’m pretty much quiet quitting while looking for new jobs. Feel bad for the nerds who get mad at people not liking this s show. Must have real pathetic lives to get so triggered!

No one cares if it’s a mess, it’s called a job, you get paid to deal with messes, if it was easy it would be low paying

By these replies it appears there are still folks that don't see this place for the mess it is. I guess these same folks will be the ones that complain in a few short months when the "Truist" sign comes down, the competitor bank sign goes up and they tell you that your services are no longer needed. As for services no longer needed - if you are d-mb enough to hang around and help train your replacement for this place - I feel sorry for you.

‘Starting’ to see so many people leave?
It’s been a ton of folks leaving for at least a year or so now
