I remember when HR was for the people ,now all they do is cover up management. Navasota plant has become a joke. Even though I live a few minutes away I think I rather drive far where I feel safe.

Guy is so hard to work with. Every time he walks in to a room, everyone just tenses up.
Funny you mention Billy and HR in the same post. If HR knew half of the things he has said to us over the years and how he treats those under him, they would have ran him off years ago. His incompetence has cost our company a fortune.
I worked under Billy for almost 2 years. Worst experience in my life. What amazes me more than how he got that job was how he kept it for so long. Complete imbecile. Totally unprofessional and truly a poor leader. As long as that company keeps these kind of managers around, your competitors will sit back and take more of your market share.
As long as they keep old Billy the Kid around, this place will remain a laughing stock. That guy got rocked too close to the wall as a newborn.
Considering the laughing stock and insanity that happened at Navasota for decades if it's worse now, that's saying a lot.
HR is and never will be for the people/employees. They are there to protect the company from the employees/people. They are not your friends.
