DEI is on the checklist for your new job??? So you would rather hire a person based on their skin color vs skill level or Content of character? That’s pretty racists.
The whole I&D team is GONE! There was a person overseeing the BRG program (I heard she resigned in2023) I am a member of several but the energy is not there like it was.
I am currently looking for a new position and DEI is on the check list. DEI IS DEAD AT STAPLES!

Seems to me that JL cares only that a person come to office in person, produce the most, and cost the least. Diversity doesn't seem to be a priority. What say all of you?
