Is Voyix selling Digital Banking a real thing or just some pie in the sky idea?

The end of Voyix will be interesting to watch, digital banking is going soon, then what’s left will try to be sold for market value, but it may not be worth much. Atleos market pric3 has gone up , this whole 2 company thing may end sooner than everyone thinks. If anyone says differently, they have not been paying attention. Voyix should be in the dictionary as short term.
With all the layoffs and now with the crowd strike situation, any one taking bets on how long until one or all DB platforms break because we let go all the TALENTED people? The evo ‘leaders’ cant even use PowerPoint, how and why did one trust them with lay offs! Better buy stock in a popcorn company, this is going to be one for the books!
Well the public quarter report shows 34M loss in fraud ach from corporate bank account ls paid to some anonymous leaders and only 12M recovered so the potential buyer has to understand we cant keep basic rudamentary standards in place or audit

Who are potential buyers?
Funny how not a single person commenting even knows what digital banking is…. Yes it is for sale and I’m sure the announcement is soon. Most high level management are in full day meetings and can’t say what meeting it was. They normally talk too much but now are not saying a word. It has been sold basically but not announced.
I had no work life balance prior to the split doing network calls so I’m glad I stayed on the Voyix side. Reason being is I did not want to go to ATM side although I respect the CEs that service them. It is what it is, if they sell then so be it. I’m ready for a reduction, or if another company takes over and see what happens. A new company will have to evaluate the accounts being serviced and decide how to proceed from them with the current staffing. There are some fairly talented CEs on the Voyix side. Atleos tried to keep more CEs on that side but not everyone went over.
It’s in the news the digital bank segment is for sale. Voyix is all for sale, how can people not see the obvious, they split the company to sell half, Voyix is the half that is going, Atleos took all the talented techs, regardless if they were even ATM trained or not, kept the network guys also, Voyix side was left with the new employees or the ones the TM didn’t like. Wake up, if you working for voyix your getting outsourced, sold, or going to who ever buys the mess.
Does Digital Banking include the retail support division also? Maybe the summer heat is driving me crazy but someone mentioned to me that Retail support might be part of this. All of the accounts serviced like Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Macy’s and so on.
