Mark isn’t the guy for the job. We need someone innovative that actually cares about the company. Mark only cares about himself. Imagine what could be done if we had a competent leader.

No exit interviews by Mark….he doesn’t care. He is only in it for himself, and is literally one of the worst IT leaders 3M has ever had.
He squirmed out of being in people's exit meetings several times - weasel. When my boss left (who worked for him) he dodged my exit meeting until HR gave up and did it alone (technically contrary to employment law here). He can go &^%& himself.

Mark, FlimFlam, Tireman and their minions need to go. It is amazing to me that FlimFlam was not fired once the new CEO started. Before I was laid of my friends in IP told me about FlimFlam’s role in the Transweb and Moldex cases.
