A coworker where I work had worked at Sierra Nevada and said they absolutely could not stand that company. They said Sierra Nevada's culture is bad and people there bad-mouth each other and blame people openly. Sierra Nevada's benefit are below average and their pay is below market and no advancements no matter how hard you work.
