Everyone in Scotford upgrader and refinery complex are under MOR, except contractors.
It is a very stressful time for a lot of people.

The last ten years in Canada has been a bloodbath for Shell employees...
I heard it was roughly 20-25% reduction. I feel like seems to be the common reduction across multiple LoB right now.
