The executives are toxic, and have created a toxic environment. The culture is nothing like they preach. They think if they keep talking about our PMV then it will just magically happen. This place is awful, two good organizations have now become one hopeless pit of despair. Any leader that is half competent has already left and we are now stuck with the rejects no other bank wants. We are the laughing stock of the banking world.

Now this is funny:
CHARLOTTE — Truist Financial Corp. plans to implement an undisclosed number of job reductions in its technology unit, a spokesperson at the bank confirmed to CBJ.
Truist said the move will improve its operations and strengthen relationships with its customers. The cuts will occur over the next three to four months.

It’s beyond mind boggling. It’s outright disgusting. They are going to shatter all these lives and the quality of the work is going decline significantly. It really makes no sense. I’m amazed at how out of touch our leadership is. I’ve lost all faith in them.

Bottom line is that we have terrible leadership. Until we have a significant change top down things will never get better. All the good managers seem to be at the lower levels or not in a position where they can make any real difference as they are not heard from leaders above them. It just feels like a hopeless situation and that’s probably why we’re starting to see so many people leave.

I can’t put any blame on Ashley as she just got here. I would include others though like Monika Hudson and James Rotunda. They were very active at implementing this sh---y plan. Bottom line is that a lot of our leadership are just not good people. Steve says the right things but can’t execute and Dan didn’t care at all about our teammates. Even our new engineering lead John only seems to be concerned with doing what the thought worked at Wells.

Are you a decent human being? The folks listed on this post are not and they are widely hated by hundreds. If you're a manager and you think they're not coming for you next you're wrong. What are you going to do?
Interview Accenture contractors before approving a hire and come up with reasons why they failed the interview. Just don't hire anyone. Tell your manage they are unqualified and you need to keep searching.
