Who owns the property/building? Macy's or someone else?

The Men’s/Home store is leased and is supposed to be demolished for the redevelopment. Macy’s currently owns the main store but according to local officials the store is under contract to be sold to the developer. The developer Lionheart will need to purchase all of the parcels in order to qualify for brownfield funds that will pay for the demolition. So far, they haven’t been able to reach a deal with the owners of Sears and Lord and Taylor.
This is a publicly traded company so there is a list of all properties and whether they are leased, owned or land leased on the internet.
Look on the county tax map for the property information.
