What an odd thing to say. Nothing like degrading service industry workers like its some kind of insult to earn a living through working for McDonalds…

Keep telling us the truth! Sounds like your leadership is worthless and wont.
Optum doesn’t care about human capital, it’s just an expense to them. That’s why they keep trying to lower it via automating and offshoring of high paying jobs. Make no mistake these are the bad guys! Since I got laid off I can now see non stop commercials on several channels for UnitedHealth all day long, their marketing budget must be something to behold! But yeah not a great place to work, a headhunter warned me that they were known for churn, amongst the highest turnover for large corporations, but I had just been laid off in the recession and wanted a large employer so I joined. The sh-t raises and the way they promoted their friends to get them more money showed me that they were not well run and soon top heavy. Like salespeople, many were leads, mgrs, directors all with titles but very little staff compared to other IT organizations. Glad I’m out, and there is life after Optum, and more money!
Is this just the same person posting thread after thread in here? You seem really unhinged I'm just going to be honest. You got laid off. That su-ks, it really does, but time to move on with your life your hatred is only hurting you not Optum. They don't care about you at all.

My first job was at McDonald’s many years ago and they were managed way better than any division of Optum.
