1- UK based resource controls Delivery VP - BG
2- Delivery VP - BG controls GD
3- GD is controlled by DR, BG and the UK resource.

Based on his past, GD who was kicked out of projects is a total incompetent part. Incompetent GD and BG are running Sabre delivery team to ground.

The top leaders GD and BG are responsible for the steep decline in quality of Sabre delivery. The bar is so low that they claim victory after a disappointing implementation for a small - medium airline in South America. Not sure how they justify their jobs.

I am a delivery team resource based in Asia. My regular work week routine is to start at 11 am and finish by midnight. I discussed with my manager and was told that I should be thankful I have a job. Delivery is a he-l hole and I am desperately looking for options.

Nothing will stop or change if GD and BG were gone tomorrow. These are two incompetent relics who have failed up. They enjoy their fat paychecks for doing nothing relevant.

Explain to me like I am d-mb. VP BG reports to a VP GD who was saved by Corrie because of his incompetence. So why is Sabre paying two incompetent VPs while laying off actual workers?

Reading the comments indicate the following:
1- Lot of unhappy employees in Delivery.
2- Delivery Team being led by incompetent leaders.
3- All of Delivery leaders were protected rather than being fired for their disastrous performance.
4- Zero transparency.
5- Su-k up to Leaders for growth in the company.

The entire Delivery Leadership needs to be fired. These are all the people who have failed up. GD was kicked off a critical project in Italy because he is useless, and now he leads the Delivery team.

BG is a disgruntled vindictive employee since he believes he should be at GD’s position or higher. BG is the reason for the toxic work environment in delivery.

Delivery team has been a cesspool of incompetency led by BG. BG certainly has some dirt on Leadership that keeps him protected from getting fired. Get rid of BG and you will see drastic improvements in the Delivery Team.
