Intuit leaderships is already planning for another layoffs to further reduce the number of employees due to over-hire in past few years. If you are being tagged as low performer or being piped you are most likely being put on the list. Be prepared. The plan is to reduce more employees in the US and hire more in India.

Small layoffs will continue every month. Next big one is early 2025.
