Can anyone comment with what % reductions are coming in next few weeks ? Is there a formal email going out ?

Depends on area of business and geo, double digit reductions in some areas. Good luck gang, see ya on the other side!
It's very easy to verify any of this. Go to your nearest Account Executive(Enterprise, Commercial, SMB etc) and ask them how the first half of the year has gone. If it's been a bad half, they MAY have to do something about it.
it's apparent from this thread that nobody has a clue what percentage.
More like 5%, not 15%
Each team is being tasked with reducing 15%. This will happen week 1 of Q3.

Nobody has a specific number across the company. What people on here are saying is what their line management has told them off the record to expect big and broad cuts. The previous cuts were never described ever in this manner and the feeling is that this will be a clubbing.
Feb 2023 there was an email saying they were letting 5%
