Thread regarding CVS layoffs

With Walgreens drowning maybe we have hope? On the retail side

Thoughts? I’m in denial about layoffs. They possibly couldn’t do more cuts

Our DL talked about this on our last con call- told us we should all be worried because there going to come for our jobs. Thanks boss- truly inspirational.

You obviously don’t know CVS if you think they can’t cut more.

This management team is too d-mb to leverage this, they'd rather dump 10 billion into a money losing strip mall clinic

Management at cvs doesn’t have the capability of making any intelligent decisions to save costs, so they go with the laziest and brainless option, layoffs.

Did you just start working here in the last couple of weeks? Layoffs are their specialty.

Death, Taxes and with CVS, Layoffs!

Ah, no. Think Blockbuster, Sam Goody, Suncoast Video, National Record Mart, Sears. A bad business model or one that doesn't evolve with the times will eventually die. One by one...you may be the last one left, but you too will fade away.

It's only a matter of time.
