It seems that BNSF is violating the law by failing to issue Warn notices, that require large companies to notify the government when they plan to furlough or layoff a certain number of workers due to the economic impact to the country. It’s going to be a short peak season for a lot of people and the corporate spin machine is already letting people know who they are going to blame and how they are going spin it.

re:deletions If you named someone who isn’t a c-suite or other public figure, chances are site mods deleted it due to a site rules violation. The first time I heard about this rule, I thought it was rather stupid. However, considering what a few cowards I work with are capable of, it's probably for the best.
