Been told by mgmt in marketing that new roles will come about after the restructure. Is this legit or is mgmt trying to prevent attrition from junior/mid lvl talent?

Respectfully disagree. Modern Dev is well underway. Reorg, reassignments, and reductions are in play.
New rolls are coming next year. Fat rolls employees are taking on due to long periods of sitting in traffic to rto and filling out 200 fake data spreadsheets per day The extra 2,000 hours of sitting per year will cause massive weight gain.

Maybe new roles, but not likely new reqs. There will be a shuffling of responsibilities.
