How are people reconciling the dwindling staffing decision making with student success outcomes? I’m finding it harder and harder not to be transparent with my students that they aren’t really set up for success and full support anymore. Because I fu--ing care. I don’t think this is a place anymore for people who care. So sad.

This person keeps assuming people aren’t looking for other jobs. Easier said than done. I’ve had resumes going into the ether for months. The remote job application process is a mess - hundreds to thousands of people applying for the same position.
I mean, you could just go find a new job
I am doing my job to the best of my ability and sanity and while I hope my students are not feeling the strain, I know the partner I work for definitely is. Leadership continues to say that our partners love us and they aren't paying attention to the negative press but that is definitely not true at all.
It isn’t and it never was. Get out now. It’s all about lining C suite pockets as the dumpster fire burns out.
