Whole IT department was chopped by CIO who doesnot know how to manage IT infrastructure and make it better with improving process gaps , instead lazy b-m bringing another company to manage their infrastructure!
D-mbo doesn’t realize this is not cost savings at any aspect, just compromising with the services, it’s ready lose valuable IT skilled people.
