Optum Orlando employees are on edge. Leadership is going on like nothing, scheduling pointless meetings when all we want are answers regarding the layoffs! Let me know now so I can be in my way.
What is ETIPS?
I was told it's gonna hit Optum Tech and potentially ETIPS pretty hard, possibly Optum Insight too.
This place is toxic. Why not tell your employees they’re going to lose their jobs when you find out rather than making everyone sweat it out on a weekly basis?
All those saying “next week” please give more info, like what area you work; of course not specific but a general idea would be helpful
