Town Hall was originally scheduled for August 7th, that date was canceled. Town Hall is now scheduled for August 13th.

Last year it was rescheduled as well. I got the new invite but was for a date in September, after my last day and equipment return.
So would not read a lot into this either way. Yes it could be after those are let go or not. CVS plays games.
Changed to 13th, so can tell layoffs then on 15th everyone involved gets ax.

The 2 Qtr results must be pretty bad to cancel this early. Can't wait to hear the excuses this time around, can we blame the leap year day again? (that was classic last time)
7th is Q3 results. They will be taking the heat from Analysts/ Wall Street. Why will they pile on more misery by facing employeees. My guess is RIF just before 7th. Survivors live in chaos for a month and townhall after Labor Day.

Guessing it was cancelled since the last one caused mass chaos when they announced the lay offs during the one at the beginning of Aug last year. However, now we are are all on the same page as to what this likely means…
No news is good news
They should be afraid to have these meetings by now. They always ignore the questions we want answered and put their own "staged" questions in. One day the peasants (that are left) are going to revolt and storm the next Town Hall meeting to get some real accountability and answers! (I know it will never happen, but wishful thinking 🤣)
Yeah great times ahead! Heard today the consultants are working away at deciding everyone's futures.
Actually at least if there are more layoffs in the next few weeks I find it a little more respectful to not have a Town Hall. We don't have to watch them up there dancing around on stage and ignoring the upheaval they've caused to so many of their employees lives
