Our store is running with a average 2 to 4 people to run meat and produce together on just 1st shift

They really sc--wed the pooch changing so much of the bonus to profit. Profit is important obviously. But when the majority of managers should NOT be managers…..all they can do is cut hours.
Ever notice how Starbucks and Chick-fil-A tend to appear over staffed ? That’s because they understand that when staff are not grossly overworked and stretched so thin, they are happier and more efficient which results in an enhanced customer experience.
This place has gone from bad to terrible the last six months.
Things ran better during 2020/2021 during the “pandemic….” Folks were far less stressed.
Micromanagement has changed to nano management. I’ve never seen anything quite like this in any company.
Pennywise and pound foolish.
