Starting Tuesday 7/9 they starting letting people go. It's Thursday and it's still going on. 20-30% being cut but not where it needs to be. Canon follows some antiquated structure that creates too much management and not enough labor. Too many people shouting "Stroke" with no one left to man the oars, then they wonder why they can't move forward.

So many employees gone barely anyone left to do the work. Morale has been bad for years but now it's GONE. Tons of Upper Management having meetings telling us we have to pull together. We were already short staffed. Now we're bare bones. Top heavy for sure. All chiefs no Indians.
