I wonder if this is simply the beginning of layoffs, or, maybe it's something else.
The rumor mill has it layoffs will happen starting the latter part of this month into late August.
*It will be a sad day for many. No matter what you think of Dell, it's hard for anyone who's going to be downsized.
*Odd Dell makes you take this five hour P&O class on empathy, and they are the most apathetic; lets be honest apathy is always top down.
*I would've never predicted the recent top down: CEO's, directors, mangers, then the minions.
(In my experiences w/enterprise environments it's always been the other way around.)
