30mile saved me. I would honestly quit before going back.

I make the entire day go by easy in the office with friends. If there weren’t people in the office, it would be too boring for me and sometimes L2 comes by my desk to talk.

So d-mb at a time when their Financials shouldn't warrant more real estate expenses after they downsized the footprint to a point where they now have more FTEs than seats in some locs.

3 days a week. 30 mile radius. 1 day free lunch, other team activities.
All others evaluated case by case basis

Yes it will be based on BU and ability to get into an office. Nothing is a blanket approach and there will be carve outs and exceptions. It'll be based on you mile distance to the nearest office as to where you are required to go but, as an example, if you manage a remote team you are unlikely to be required to go in. That's just one example but there will be many more

My direct manager has not heard this and I wonder how in some locations this is even possible. Some locations greatly reduced RE and can't hold all employees at that location.

My guess? Certain BU's are going to be required to RTO albeit on a hybrid basis.
