It’s chaos due to mgmt not being capable to cope with the aftermath of layoffs. And frankly, morale is close to zero. How do you cope? I’m trying to resist doing anything outside my normal tasks, including doing everything in my power not to take on load after people who were laid off. It’s not my problem they always end up with more workload and less people. But it’s still a sh---y workplace.

Great question, and one that I'm also grappling with.
Similarly, I'll make an effort to resist taking on additional workload due to teammates being laid off.
Additionally, the repeating layoffs have underscored that I am expendable to Teradata, so I will also avoid working outside of normal hours. I don't want to sacrifice my time and energy with friends and family, who truly value me, for a company that ultimately views me me disposable.
