Macy's is a great place to get in two years for experience and leverage the role to develop skills and then look for a job at a company with better future growth potential. The company has a history of going through reorganizations every three to five years, almost always resulting in position eliminations and ever increasing workload for those that remain.
If you have other options and don't need the experience for your resume, there are better options with far great growth potential.
