Like a lot of you I'm hearing rumors of upcoming Layoffs. Anyone have insight into what areas might be affected?

There’s a reorg of Optum UM happening… I wonder how many will be cut there.
Second time I’ve heard Clinical Programs and OPA are going to get impacted - any national folks will be impacted and work will be done by skinnyed down regional and local staff. Also appears to impact contracting at national/corporate - as soon as 7/18
Well Kristy Duffey is out that was huge.
NaviHealth is failing
IESNP has Kim Pratt and Sue Miller literally ruining it, other leaders unsure how they are still around.
ISNP will likely loose more business side wonder if they’ll drop one of the VPs, would likely be Steve Thieros.

What top dog left home and community? What positions in home and community are at risk?
Home & Community is certainly to get hit with top dog leaving. However it will go top down this time,as it has in past. Huge reorg of front line staff. RIF for 100k pd CTMs and 140k pd director
I've heard that Customer Office under Rita Khan is getting hit AGAIN. my division has had FOUR rounds this year.
With the new org chart, Outreach is anticipating a cut. The new autodialer system and how much they have increased the central call center are causing alot of concern. Multiple tasks removed from CHA role and updated metrics (promised in April) have yet to be shared or given a hard timeline for when we will get it.
Not 100% sure. Rumors at Landmark include sw/bh managers, and possibly BHCM’s. Some kind of restructuring to sw/bh programs and services. Assuming this also includes national BH team at LM as well. Aside from those rumors, lots of people in all areas are leaving voluntarily and even new providers coming on at LM are quitting before they even finish training. Anxiously awaiting an email. IDT canceled next Thursday 7/18. Wonder why.
