FTC’s report about PBMs came out yesterday and in the same week the justice department came out saying they are looking for corporate whistleblowers. If you have knowledge of price fixing or any type of anti competitive practices, now is the time to take advantage of that knowledge… capitalize on what you suspect or know.

This company has become a cesspool of poor morale and vindictive leadership. Brian Kane is he-l bent on punishing as many people as he can by hiding behind on site "collaboration"
Take documents, screenshots of conversations on teams, whatever you can get to protect yourself. If you know of price fixing, I would REACH OUT TO AN EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY NOW and get advice on how to proceed. If they lay you off after you’ve addressed an example of it to leadership, you might have a good employment lawsuit, or at minimum, way more leverage when it comes to your severance package. But for the love of god, please talk to an employment attorney and don’t go to HR. Price fixing is illegal and people may go to jail when all this shakes out.
The leadership that created and maintained the fear based lack of transparency cannot solve the issues as they are benefiting from the intimidation and erosion of colleague morale.

The day is coming when PBM's are no longer king. When that happens CVS is done.
Absolutely. There should be a firewall between CVS Rx claims and Aetna UW so the insurance company part of Aetna has hands off knowledge as agreed with regulators. But imagine if the system allowed it to flow through and compliance kept their lips zipped and didn’t report it / fix it as required. Now imagine the external auditors finding this knowledge in emails and Teams conversations from years past. Should make for interesting reading and action coming once confirmed.
I told you they are monitoring stuff here keep that in mind.
