I'll give him one out of three.
- In terms of finances, they are doing better since they laid off workers and accepted money from a private equity firm.
- Customer reviews are terrible (Google Cengage reviews).
- You can't foster a strong culture when employees are constantly fearful of losing their jobs. Managers have been tasked with improving morale, so the culture isn't great either.
Greetings,
To indeed win, one must change the game. At Cengage, we have not only defined the EdTech space but continue to ride on its bleeding edge.
Cengage has won by changing how students learn and providing media-rich content to instructors. Perhaps most impressive are game-changing initiatives like Cengage Unlimited and Project Horizon, which have saved millions of cenmarks for students and our investors.
Let me be clear, Cengage continues to innovate, scale, and create global initiatives to build brand awareness, diversity, and value for our global stakeholders.
