With VCF taking up large amounts of compute resources, BCM in their infinite wisdom are greatly reducing the resources for lab environments = having to share or schedule demos instead of having your own environment = su-ks a-s. But if they let most of the people go, I guess - problem solved! :)

There's nothing to demo. There are no new customers, only focus is on a few large enterprise customers, and they have no choice but to buy the new VCF bundle and live with it.
Don’t worry about your lab environments, you are going to get reduced soon as well.
Why do you need a demo? 4 SKUs. Not rocket science to buy the one you need.
Don’t need to have a lab or tech sales, just send customers a brochure and Hock will send his goons to collect an upfront payment for two years.
Don’t like it? He will pull the plug on your grandma.
