How come Lowes doesn't like to use AC in their stores ? Is it that they don't care or is it a way to save a little bit of money.And another thing why cant every store control it's own AC/Heater depending on the weather in the area.IT IS SO FU--ING HOT IN THIS STORE AND IT MAKES UNCOMFORTABLE TO WORK

I just found out the store manager controls the temp through an app.

Hee HAH! For those who think the "Leadership Team" cares more about u than a single gravel in the driveway of their multi-million dollar homes, I can tell u that if it meant having u die vs. losing their annual bonus, u gone. If u don't believe that, remember Covid. Many of us did.

Way too hot in the store to even stand around much less work. If they wanted you to work they would have the AC on.
I worked in 3 stores over my 21 years with Lowe's. Each one was too warm, all year long.
