Omnissa: Re-Launched as an Asian Company

The KKR-owned website has launched with photos of Asian women to help reposition the brand and increase revenue from growing Asia-Pacific countries. Will it succeed? Or will the decline in U.S. and European revenue sink the company? https://www.omnissa.com/

Ditto for the marketing team. And we expect more will leave if a package is offered.

Our tech support team has already lost several U.S. employees who left the EUC BU during the past 6 months. I hope the new hires in Asia are qualified with experience. We have way too much work supporting customers who are shifting over to Microsoft Intune.

The 'Omnissa Live' event will feature many references to our Asian workforce, particularly our South East Asian employee heritage and executive leadership. Asian technology leaders within Omnissa are committed to hiring more staff from within the region.

"Just because home page has Asian people pictures it makes an Asian company??"

Of course, there is a strategy behind this emphasis on the Asia-Pacific market. Give our SVP of Marketing some credit, she is not a fool to focus on just the pictures. She has a plan to help our sales team gain new revenue in this growing marketplace. She's prepared. More details soon.

Wow.. you have to be a special kind of stupid. Congrats on achieving a new low record.

As the previous record holder, it must hurt to give up the title, huh?

I like the change. Many of our leaders are from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Perhaps we can gain new WS1 and Horizon customers within Indonesia as well. Awesome!

It's a smart move. A relaunch focusing on Asian countries makes sense — many of my customer CIOs in the U.S. and Canada are considering alternative vendors. I hope this can help to backfill our revenue shortfall. The upcoming event may also create new interest.
