DEI is pretty top heavy; it just causes division and promote strain in the hiring system due to diversity driven employment, not merit. And unfortunately, it is one of our biggest problem in our planet today. Which can ultimately lead to bigger, more severe problems with quickly depreciating product quality.
It may not be as detrimental as corruption from above, but it's certainly climbing the ladder really fast.
People who are offended by anti-DEI sentiment are the ones most likely affected by it w/ poor to moderate performance.

Yes they are coming and for a good reason. Space Park is top heavy with folks who no longer need to be at work. Just there in the way su-king up funds. It has nothing to do with DEI, like some id--t posted. Also has nothing to do with political views either. People who think like that shouldn’t be employed anyway. Always complaining about something like that and be the biggest problems on this planet.

I am hearing about many reorganizations around several sectors, including corporate and many roles eliminations. These are silent layoffs as NG is trying to protect their PR and things are not public to further impact their shares value.

Do you have the same experience? Is it time to jump ship? I see people that are let go based on political decisions and not performance.

If you don't go to the office, eventually the company will lay you off. That's just a fact for all companies these days.

These news are very concerning. What other layoffs and reorgs are happening? It looks like NG is going down fast.

I know that Sentinel is getting restructured as well.

With a couple programs past CDR it’s likely that systems engineers will be at the forefront of the next wave. Along with those not wanting to RTO.
