I wonder if this ever resonates when surveys go out about the company culture, whatever that is these days.

Citi has an outdated culture of “get on the Jane train or else”. It is not a winning strategy in 2024. I think Citi also has an ethics problem or problems.
Company culture is to never say the emperor wears no cloths.
I doesn’t matter how many surveys, town halls, departmental meeting there are, they won’t deter the downfall of Citi. Employees are tired, mistreated, underpaid, by a self serving management whose sole objective is to drain the energy out of employees. Lame Jane continues her tirade of ungovernable and unaccountable reorganization only to line her pockets with millions at the expense of employees whose livelihood has been affected by the very own mismanaged reorganization.
This is the time to watch your back and push back. Be vigilant, trust no one.
