Now, there is an issue with the register not accepting Macy Money for purchases!!! What else, besides, NO A/C, can go wrong, now?????

We started having issues with it not accepting eligible items in probably February or March and its completely random.
Can’t use it on lease businesses. In case you didn’t know!
We got a new store manager and DVP this spring when the loyalty goals changed. Our store always had good results so we got the short end of the stick and our goals are crazy high this year, so we pay an extra $5 in Macy's money for every new app and we offer discounts to the customer even if their application doesn't go through. Nobody in our store every pays more than 50% for anything we buy, Macy's money works fine for us.
At our store the credit card system went down. We are cash only today according to management. Customers are loving this (not). 🙄
