I dont think he has. You don't have an MBA and be that thick. Every decision he makes is a bad one.
DH problems with him began when she got hers and he didn't like it. The guys a tw-t. Just look at what he's done ,wrong promotions over and over, flying someone in for UK business, losing the best, lying to vsms, bullying, abuse of power, nasty comments the list goes on.

I've never understood why we lost our clinical educator. She was so much more than that and could have been an amazing asset to the company in so many ways. Manning listened to the wrong one when he got rid of her. Clinical and business rolled into one. My advice, get her back and get rid of em. He's a useless lump.

AM is just a bare faced liar. No prof development, bad hires, bad promotions, lost 2 great team players because of his bullying. He's everything a 'leader' shouldn't be.
