New Position Means Hybrid

This is one of the worst parts of the RTO. Going remote and not being promoted is fine since no one is being promoted on their own team anyways. Making people swap to hybrid if they were remote and landed a spot on a different team is id--tic. I know people would much rather opt for less pay to stay remote.

RTO only matters now as they are slimming numbers. Nothing is certain. Within another year the RTO rule might just fly away into non importance.
