As we all know the culture at adidas, especially Herzo is f*kd. Its easy to talk a lot about it. But do we want to do something to fix it. Ofcourse anonymously, or else we are all going to be fkd. I have done my fair share of speaking up and learnt about the great bully policy.
The technique we would use to inflict change is called swarming.

The head of HR is out to bully people out of the organization. There is a very clear headcount reduction but no budget to make it happen. So the answer is treat people badly and hope they leave.
The only way to do something is to go to a newspaper or magazine....
The non retaliation policy at adidas is not applied, Employee f* Relations os doing Hr bidding and Hr is well driving people out when they speak up. The Hr fish stinks at the head.
Thr company does not care they have dozens of lawsuits for illegal firing, they do not want to pay severance and they continue the bullying.
The only way is to make the abuse public.
Why are you all still with the brand, if it's as toxic as you say?
Seriously, if I were as unhappy as you seem to be, I'd go somewhere else
Add Dubai to the list. We are in the Middle East but look like a White-Australian- leadership who is only interested in promoting the most underrated blue eyed boys and blondies. Bet your a-s these people couldn't crack interviews in other markets or even in our competition on merit. All they do it put up a show and act like clowns, scratch each others back and get drunk on their white superiority ego while middle and junior managers pick up the workload and get burnt out.
Portland is so toxic. So many leaders have been in the same jobs and office for decades. Without fresh perspectives , how can we learn and grow?
@llc+1toMxYNI I am prepared to leave anyway. It would be great to bring the sh-t from under the table to onto it.
If you speak up at adidas you’ll very quickly find yourself outside the group! It’s a sick and toxic environment particularly in Herzo but also In China, Portland etc. If you want to survive do not be your authentic self!
