Is that we all have to check this religiously while some have known the details of all of this for months. I hope they can sleep at night.

The sad part is that there is no transparency.. managers protect their favorites.. hard working people are let go for barely there workers..

Who gives a sh-t if my rating is anonymous or not. We still live in the USA and we have something called freedom of speech. I am entitled to speak the truth. My attorney will be sure to let the “senior management” at Optum know what I think of them once we get to court. Hahaha
Be careful rating on glass door. They say you appear as anonymous but to leave rating you have to provide identifiable information. And of course if in the database at some point the cat will escape that bag just a matter of when. Zero upside
And yet - someone looking at glass door site gets the impression that UHG/Optum isn’t such a bad place to work. Takes 5 minutes to rate this hellhole on glass door, and give people the real perspective they need.
That’s the reality of working at UHG because leadership won’t be transparent about it. So it’s the only way employees can get fair warning.
