I think we can all agree that Sr management is mostly to blame for the state Citi is in. But I read some of the posts on here and I have to think the onus is partly on some of the posters here. There is no full background check on education or work. lots of fake resumes and experience floating around. Need a complete background check and cancel some visa holders.
