How are we feeling about 2024?!?!?!

re-organization today (7/30/2024). Affecting Di-k's, Golf Galaxy and Public Lands. Not sure on headcount change.
overall, it should be better than 2023 and after the elections the economy will pop which will make our numbers go up. no matter who wins things will be better. more $$$, less layoffs. i am no expert and this is just my gut, but that's how it looks to me right now.
i've seen forecasts and we expect a dip over next few months and then a big upspike, so, that'd be in line with what i wrote. also, forecasts are iffy and they can deceive - so, use them carefuly.
anyhow, i am optimistic, the inflation is down, the rates will go down, the politics will stabilize, so by the EOY we should be good
