Great leaders and employees let go over “who they like more”
People who will be the best let go over the “flavor of the month” This is why this company is failed. True talented people over what is like more. These people that were let go will own this company one day. All those people that kept talking behind backs encouraging decisions to be made whole. We know who you are. We see. We hear the chatter. Good people sc--wed over. We know.

I agree. I know a few folks that were let go that were doing better than their counterparts. I also know names of people that were directly playing politics to get people out vs themselves. I know the names. Reps all the way to management. I’ve never seen so much bad leadership at any level of this organization.
