EBS leadership is incompetent which caused this disruption. This is what happens when wrong people put into top leadership positions with full autonomy.

Between DEI and the continued use of H1B contractors, who would expect anything else? It’ll be 2 or 3 years until everything completely crashes in, by that time current leadership will be gone and someone else will take the fall. It’s the Walmart way.
Many skilled and knowledgeable resources quit from people systems because of current leadership.

Politically Motivated people onboarded on leadership roles this is bound to happen.
Amazon people with Open systems experience put into leadership roles to lead the ERP system projects which eventually going to fail. These people not even trying to learn how ERP programs implemented over the years.
