If RSUs vest on December 15th, and I hand in my resignation for December 31st, 2024 (3 month notice period) - will I still get my RSUs?

Yes, you’ll get the RSUs and any bonus that is paid in December.
If you tell them on Sept 30th that you are giving 3 months notice, expect to be terminated early and not get your RSUs. Why would they keep you on if they know you are leaving?
When I eventually leave this shithole, I fully intend to give them as much notice as they would give us - about 5 minutes.
Give zero notice. You will be walked to the door as soon as you turn in resignation.
RSUs belong to you when the vest. Give them a few days to show up in your account.
No, you have to pay 10% to Bcom when you quit.
U should contact HR - Verify your stuff. Posting here won't help much.
If you are a full time employee on the day that it vests, you get it.
Add an extra day or two if you want to be safe.
Or email HR
Does it mean that not the last day of employment counts but the date of resignation?
Any restricted stock unit (RSU) that has vested, by the definition of the word "vesting" has been released and is yours. If you resigned before the vesting date, then yeah, Hock is taking those bad boys back from you.
No, Hock will give them to charity
