Thinking about Citi Internal Audit. Anyone have any insight on the department? What do they do well / need help with? How’s the morale? Etc

Sounds like the OP is looking to apply for jobs in Citi Audit. Citi Audit's dinosaurs who've been "working" in Citi for decades Fired or Laidoff the new employees they hired away from Real Banks like JPMC, GS, Morgan. Citi Audit is filled with dinosaurs who cling to the antiquated methods, processes and "solutions" that helped get Citi in the Sh!tHole its in. The Audit dinosaurs felt threatened by the skilled and competent employees and so the latter were fired or laidoff. If you want to work in a snake pit or Hunger Games environment, then Citi Audit is for you.
Well they know morale is all time low and they want internal audit to conduct this survey because they do not want HR to sugarcoat the findings!
