Is anyone on a 90 day non working period? I see most people were on 60 days but wondering if there are any with longer nw periods and the reasoning behind it. Thanks.

Only 90 day states are NJ & NY. IF YOUR state does have its own WARN then Federal WARN applies-60
Warn notices are different by state, Google warn notice.
Federal is 60 days, but states like NY and NJ have 90 days, if a certain amount of employees are let go from a specific location
60 days is the federal law. Some states, like NY and NJ mandate 90 days, other don't.
